One of the things I did, which I’m so happy about, was ask AI for personalized skincare advice.
I must tell you, my skin has never felt or looked better! I’ve struggled with acne before, but once I discovered Japanese and Korean skincare, along with a few other tricks, I was able to get rid of my acne.
However, my skin went to the next level when I hired AI as my secret personal shopping assistant and incorporated AI skincare recommendations.
What I did was simple:
I watched videos from Dr. Stefani Kappel, a dermatologist who has her own skincare brand and clinic, and is passionate about anti-aging. I trust her knowledge and opinion.
In one of her videos, she explained exactly which ingredients in skincare products target specific skin conditions and issues. She even mentioned the exact peptides that should be in the ingredient list.
I took all of this information and added it to my prompt in ChatGPT.
My prompt looked like this:

ChatGPT found the best moisturizer I’ve ever tried for less than $30, and I’ve never gotten so many compliments on my skin!
So, I encourage you to do the same! Instead of searching forever on different websites and blog posts, you can ask ChatGPT to create your unique skincare routine with links to the products.
2. Wellness Journey with Your Diet: Nourish Your Body Smartly with AI
Do you have allergies? Do you want to target specific needs, like an alkalizing diet or a diet rich in iron?
There’s no need to be a professional dietician anymore—unless your condition is serious, in which case, please consult a doctor.
But for the most part, you can simply ask AI for personalized diet plans! AI can easily and quickly create a meal plan for you!
Imagine you want to incorporate more omega-3 fatty acids into your diet. Again, be specific and describe your unique situation.
Maybe you’re a student on a budget, or perhaps you have a very busy schedule with no time to cook for hours every day.
Describe your situation in your prompt and specify your goals. ChatGPT will create your own unique meal plan in no time!

Another fun way you can use AI in your wellness journey is by having it be your own personal coach! Simply use AI for personalized workout plans!
Describe your workout goals, and ask ChatGPT to create a workout plan for you.
Again, I strongly encourage you to do some quick research beforehand and paste it into ChatGPT for context, so AI can better understand your needs and to use AI in the best way for fitness coaching.
The next steps are simple: tell AI you want to incorporate yoga three times per week with your desired weekly schedule. It can even help you find specific videos, suggest specific coaches, or create custom workouts for you within the prompts.
Tell AI your condition and needs: Are you experiencing any pain? Are you working on toning your abs? Describe it, and get your own personalized workout plan in no time!
4. Improve Your Sleep with AI Tips on Your Wellness Journey
Sometimes, I like to ask AI for tips without first providing it with science or research of my own. One way you can incorprate AI in your wellness routine, is to ask AI wellness tips for better sleep.
Afterward, I still quickly verify with Google if what AI says is plausible, which I always encourage you to do. After all, even Google can be misleading if you don’t know how to use it properly.

You can ask ChatGPT to create an evening routine that will help you get better sleep.

Additionally, AI can create specific meditation practices tailored to your unique needs and adjusted to your personal schedule. Just be sure to be specific when writing your prompts.

One of the fun ways you can use ChatGPT is to ask AI for wellness evening planning tips and ideas. AI can plan outings or dates for you! I use it for this purpose often.
For example, I asked AI: “I have a free day tomorrow in X city. I want to take a walk somewhere around the city, but no further than 30 minutes from Y point. What can I do?”
AI will check the weather for you and can create the perfect little day date itinerary.
But you can also use AI to plan a self-care evening! Ask AI for movie ideas, snack suggestions, or which DIY face mask you can try to improve your skin.
7. Ask AI for DIY Recipes for Face Masks for Your Wellness Evenings
Another fun way to use ChatGPT for your wellness is to ask AI for personalized DIY face mask recipes for your self-care evening.
For example, the prompt I gave to ChatGPT was: “I am a 30-year-old woman planning a wellness evening. Please give me 3 DIY face mask recipes that actually work. I have combination skin—drier on the cheeks and oilier in the T-zone. I am pregnant and have acne-prone, sensitive skin.”
And here are my customized DIY face masks:
1. Calming Honey & Oat Mask
(Soothes sensitivity, hydrates dry areas, fights bacteria)
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
- 1 tablespoon finely ground oats (or oat flour)
- 1–2 teaspoons plain Greek yogurt (optional but great for extra hydration)

AI can be a great time-saver. I think many people don’t realize that it can also give you concrete product ideas, not just general advice.
For example, when I’m looking for a product but want it to meet certain criteria—like being clean, non-comedogenic, or organic—instead of researching each ingredient or company, I just ask ChatGPT to check it for me. So you can use AI for finding non-toxic wellness products!
I’ve used it, for instance, when buying newborn essentials that I wanted to be healthy and non-toxic. I even wrote a whole article about it here.
Recently, I learned that some candles can actually be toxic, so it’s important to pay attention to what they’re made of.
So, I hopped on ChatGPT and asked where I could buy non-toxic but affordable candles, based on my location and the ability to shop online.
You can even ask AI for local shop suggestions if you want to be even more eco-conscious!
10. Ask ChatGPT to Create Your Hair Care Routine
For me, the wellness journey is a combination of all aspects of life: your external appearance, your inner health, your mindset, and your lifestyle. And AI can help you in all of those areas.
One category that falls into both inner health and external appearance is your hair. I believe women often do too much to their hair, and they don’t let their true beauty shine through.
To me, the most beautiful color you can wear is your natural, unique one—the one you were born with! I prefer that over artificially dyed hair, which, unfortunately, becomes super dry over time. But, of course, this is just my preference.
If your hair has been colored for years, you may have different needs to keep it feeling soft and healthy-looking.
And here’s where AI comes in: just ask AI for personalized hair care. Use ChatGPT to create your unique haircare routine! Describe your current hair situation, your haircare goals, and ask for concrete product recommendations.
Here are the 10 tips that AI recommended for my unique hair situation:
- Limit Heat Styling (Especially Flat Irons and Curling Wands): Using high heat regularly can cause long-term damage, dryness, and frizz. If you must use heat, use a heat protectant spray and keep the temperature below 180°C (356°F).
- Rinse with Cold Water at the End: A cool rinse helps to seal the hair cuticle, which reduces frizz and adds shine. It also helps lock in moisture from conditioner.
- Use a Microfiber Towel or Cotton T-Shirt to Dry: Regular towels can rough up the cuticle and cause breakage or puffiness. Gently squeeze (don’t rub!) your hair to avoid frizz.
- Shampoo Only the Scalp, Not the Length: Shampoo is meant to clean the scalp, not the ends. Washing the full length too often can dry out your hair. Let the shampoo rinse through the lengths as you rinse it off.
- Use Conditioner on the Mid-Length to Ends Only: Avoid applying conditioner to the scalp unless it’s a scalp-specific treatment. Focus on moisturizing the dry areas to keep them soft and smooth.

You’ve probably noticed by now that, for me, health equals wealth. I prefer to put makeup on healthy skin rather than cover my dry, acne-prone skin with more acne products. I believe in enhancing unique, healthy beauty, rather than covering up an unhealthy part of your body.
The same principle applies to nails. You can ask AI for personalized nail care routines. ChatGPT can create an easy-to-follow, healthy nail care routine tailored to you. It’s important that the routine is realistic for your lifestyle.
If you’re a busy mom, your time schedule will be very different from a student’s. Your responsibilities will also differ, and you might be using your hands more often when taking care of children at home. So, it’s important to mention this in your prompt so ChatGPT can give you a routine that you can actually stick to, rather than one you’ll abandon after a day.
I would also encourage you to ask AI for brand or product recommendations to keep your nails healthy. For example, I recently discovered a healthy French brand, Manucurist, which offers non-toxic nail polish that you can cure with a UV lamp. I liked it, although it doesn’t last as many days as they claim.
13. Wellness Movie Night Ideas from AI
Your wellness journey includes taking care of your mindset and mood, so don’t hesitate to treat yourself to a fun or relaxing movie night!
I don’t know about you, but for me, searching for a movie to watch often takes more time than actually watching the movie!
So, one useful way to incorporate AI into your wellness journey is to save time and ask AI for movie recommendations for relaxation and wellness!
Just describe the type of movie you want to watch and which websites or streaming platforms you have access to. AI will give you a curated list to help you enjoy your wellness movie night without the hassle of endless scrolling.

Wellness evenings can be both fun and healthy! I love inviting my friends over for a wellness soirée, and one thing I recently used AI for healthy mocktail recipes (hello, pregnancy)!
I’m super interested in health, so I wanted the mocktails to be both nutritious and delicious.
Here’s one that we really liked:
Citrus & Mint Cooler
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
